iPool Folder Structures
This section will cover the folders that you will frequently access.
Folder Structures
When using iPool, there are three main folders to remember:
- IENERGY Data Directory
- iEnergy Program Directory
- Working Folder.
| Folder | Folder Location | Description |
|---|---|---|
| IENERGY Data Directory | C:\IENERGY | Contains the main working directory and the Defaults.csv file, which defines the correct folder locations used by iEnergy. |
| iEnergy Program Directory | C:\Program Files (x86)\iEnergy | Contains the iEnergy executables such as iPool, iYBidWESM, iBidEzy, iBidAgg and other supporting programs. |
| Working Folder | C:\IENERGY\WESMXXXX | User-defined working folder for a specific WESM case (e.g., WESM2511T). |

Each WESMXXXX folder represents a unique working folder for a specific time period or case study.
